Computer Design and Manufacturing Network
- Our manufacturing plant is fully networked using the Microsoft networking solution. We have thirteen PC’s and three printers/plotters on our network which links design, manufacturing, and business/accounting.
ERP and Job Manufacturing Control System
- All jobs are carefully planned an tracked real time via our job manufacturing control system via Exact Software’s JOB BOSS Manufacturing System.

Tooling
We maintain all the generally required metal cutting, grinding, and polishing tools necessary to accurately craft all parts to exacting specifications. Special tools are available to us generally within a few days. Custom form tools are ground in-house on our custom tool grinding machinery.
